Researcher, Consultant & Demography Specialist

Dr. El Mehdi BELLFKIH, holding a PhD in Applied Mathematics where he specialized in the innovative intersection of algebraic coding theory, metaheuristic methods, and principles of natural evolution. This unique academic foundation provides a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary lens for solving complex optimization and systems-design challenges.

Professionally, He leverages a robust analytical background to inform data-driven decision-making for infrastructure and resource planning. His professional tenure includes key roles at the Fida Mers Sultan Directorate and the Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Casablanca-Settat Region.

Within the Academy, He contributed significantly across multiple critical divisions: the Planning and School Mapping Division, the Administrative and Financial Affairs Division, and the Regional Examinations Center.

He currently serve as a Professor at the Center for Educational Guidance and Planning in Rabat

Dr. Amal AZEROUAL

Professor of Computer Science & AI Researcher

Dr. Amal Azeroual received a Ph.D. Degree in “Computer Science” from the National Graduate School of Arts and Crafts of Rabat (ENSAM) in the Department of Research Center STIS, M2CS, ENSIAS/Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. She obtained her DESA in Computer Science, Telecommunications, and Multimedia from the Faculty of Sciences at Mohammed V University.

She is currently Professor of Computer Science at Center for Guidance and Educational Planning (COPE) in Rabat, Morocco.

Her research interests focus on the intersection of technology and education, specifically leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance data analysis frameworks. She has served as a reviewer for many international conferences and journals, contributing to the advancement of academic research in the region.

Dr. Mustapha SKITTOU

Professor & Education Planning Expert

Dr. Mustapha Skittou is a professor at the Centre for Guidance and Educational Planning (COPE) in Rabat and holds a PhD in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Hassan First University (2024, highest honors). He has served as an education planning expert with UNESCO-IIEP Pôle Dakar since 2021 and previously worked as an education planning inspector and Consultant within the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, as well as a secondary-level computer science teacher.

Insp. Youssef HOUIT

Educational Planning Inspector & Data Science Specialist

Insp. Youssef HOUIT, holding a Master's degree in Data Science and Big Data from ENSIAS at Mohammed V University in Rabat, applies advanced analytical methodologies to optimize educational infrastructure and resource allocation. His unique expertise bridges computer science, data analytics, and strategic educational planning.

Professionally, he began his career as a Computer Science teacher for six years, developing foundational expertise in digital systems and computational thinking. He subsequently served as an Educational Planning Consultant at the Directorate of Nador, where he contributed to regional educational strategy development.

Currently, he serves as an Educational Planning Inspector and Head of the School Map and Planning Service at the same Directorate. In this dual role, he oversees strategic educational infrastructure planning while leading data-driven initiatives to optimize school distribution and resource deployment across the region.
